Food and Drink at Villa Bluu

We have created a luxurious three course set menu for those wanting half board. On Tuesdays we have our Sushi Session and every morning brings you a decadent breakfast for you to enjoy. We have an extensive wine and cocktails list where drinks are served at our pool bar or on our roof terrace.

Our Shop

In our souvenir shop we have sourced products mostly from Zanzibar with a few products coming from the mainland. The products we have chosen are organic and sustainable as well as supporting the women and small farmers of Zanzibar and the Tanzanian mainland. Great products we sell include spices from 1001 Organics, beauty products from Zuri Rituals and Inaya Zanzibar as well as organic teas from Kazi Yetu. 

Sustainability at Villa Bluu

We at Villa Bluu try to be as sustainable as possible. Limiting the amount of plastic, water and electricity used. Zanzibar has very limited resources. Power comes from one cable from the mainland and fresh water is of very limited supply. Plastic as we all know is a problem worldwide and single-use plastic often ends on the beautiful beaches of the island or by the side of the road.
